DiStefano Brothers Construction, Inc. is looking to hire a full-time Concrete Coatings Sales Rep to promote our business and sell our services to prospective new clients within our expanded territory of Northern Rhode Island and Southeastern Massachusetts. This outside sales position earns annual compensation of up to $80 - $120K based on skills and experience (base salary with uncapped commission). A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CONCRETE COATINGS SALES REP

As a Concrete Coatings Sales Rep, you are the face of our company. You come to work ready to make connections with prospective customers in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. As you interact with them, you share your extensive knowledge about our products and services. Always honest and accurate, you offer quotes and assessments on how our company can make a positive difference in their homes and businesses. Additionally, you seek new contacts, either from leads generated by our company or through your own networking. You are conscious of meeting sales goals and are particular about keeping records.

Maintaining relationships with existing clients is also important. On a regular basis, you spend time with installation crews in order to ensure the quality customer service we seek to provide. Because of your impeccable integrity and professional demeanor, clients are happy to give you referrals. Helping clients brings you great satisfaction. QUALIFICATIONS FOR A CONCRETE COATINGS SALES REP

• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation and a good driving record
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Proficiency in basic computer skills

A bachelor's degree would be preferred but not required. Experience with outside sales would also be a plus. Do you have excellent communication skills, especially the ability to clearly explain technical details? Can you work independently and in a collaborative team environment? Are you self-motivated, adaptable, and coachable? If yes, you might just be perfect for this outside sales position!
