Job Description

 WHO WILL I BE WORKING FOR?

This company is dedicated to reducing the cost, risk, and environmental impact of medical waste processing and disposal.

Their desktop-sized processing unit  converts regulated medical waste like syringes into sterile garbage that can be placed in a practice’s regular trash. The unit reduces the liability associated with the traditional method of hauling waste to a central location by reducing or eliminating the time waste sits in a practice. For small waste producers, the unit is a greener, cheaper and safer option for handling medical waste disposal than typical haul-away services.

This company is committed to reducing the impact medical waste has on the environment.  Their technology reduces the CO2 impact of removing medical waste by 3 to 100 times. They strive to be even better. They are dedicated to reducing the environmental impact of medical waste even more

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

As National Account Executive, you will be joining a fun, energetic, innovative, and driven start-up environment. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work alongside established entrepreneurs and proven sales experts who have all excelled in medical, business-to-business capacities. Your cross-functional experience will be imperative to success in the areas of Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience, and various start-up launch initiatives.

In this role, your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

·         Calling on Key National Account prospects to activate multi-location opportunities;

·         Effectively respond to inbound leads and web inquiries;

·         Generate leads, demos (video conferencing and in-person) by outbound phone and email;

·         Attend industry trade shows and networking events;

·         Conduct in-person sales presentations to C-level decision makers of national chains;

·         Facilitating Sales information flow within CRM;

·         Create sales presentations, reports, analysis for both customers and internal leaders;

·         Identify and communicate with healthcare prospects, selling the high-level value of OnSite’s solution and gaining approval to meet in-person;

YOUR STRENGTHS:

·         3+ years of undergraduate studies in the area(s) of Business Administration, Communication, Entrepreneurism, Healthcare Administration, or equivalent.

·         Documented 2+ years of SUCCESSFUL business-to-business sales; healthcare sales preferred**

·         Strong written and oral communication skills

·         Willingness to deliver strong results through high phone activity (60+ calls/day)

·         Outstanding work ethic, high energy, with strong passion to exceed goals

·         Diligent, driven desire to present value to healthcare decision makers

HOW WILL I BE COMPENSATED?

Base salary $6000-$8000 per month 

Incentive Structure:    Quarterly Bonus, Monthly Uncapped Commission, Equity Package

On-Target Earnings:   $165,000 to $189,000 annually

Schedule/Office:   You will be required to work out of the Company Headquarters in Newport Beach, CA 92660).  This role involves as-needed travel in the US. The National Account Executive position is a performance-based sales role and may require work outside of standard business hours.
