Are you ready to join our Civil Engineering Team? What do our Civil Engineers Work on? Our Civil Engineering teams work closely with our Design Team and Senior Project Engineers on stormwater management, utility design, site design, environmental permitting, and construction documents for private land development. Most of this work will be completed using AutoCAD Civil 3D and HydroCAD. Civil Engineer Responsibilities: Manage, design, develop, create and maintain small-scale through to large-scale construction projects in a safe, timely, and sustainable manner Conduct on-site investigations and analyze data (maps, reports, tests, drawings, and other) Carry out technical and feasibility studies and draw up blueprints that satisfy technical specifications Assess potential risks, materials, and costs Provide advice and resolve creatively any emerging problems/deficiencies Monitor progress and compile reports on project status Comply with guidelines and regulations, including permits, safety, etc, and deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required Requirements Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (E.I.T.

Preferred) Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D Engineering experience with private development projects – residential, commercial, industrial Ability to coordinate multiple assignments simultaneously Ability to be self-directed, challenged, and work in a team-oriented/lean environment Strong communication and technical writing skills Benefits A competitive base salary based on experience and location in addition to performance/profit sharing bonuses.
