Job Description

Established plaintiff/applicant work injury law firm seeks an experienced Office Administrator for their Orange County office.  The Administrator will ensure efficient day-to-day operations of the 35-person office and will timely execute both routine and occasional responsibilities for the seamless continuity of firm operations.


The position reports to the firm’s partners. The responsibilities include supervision of all non-attorney staff, and heavy human resources, facilities and office services responsibilities.


Must be team oriented; have excellent management and leadership skills; ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing; willingness to take on firm-wide projects as appropriate; professional and respectful demeanor; and able to enforce the firm’s policies and procedures in a consistent and fair manner.
