We are looking for a Senior HVAC Installer to join our team! You will install, and repair heating and air conditioning systems, and mangae projects in the field.
Responsibilities:
- Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, and retrofit old ones.
- Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
- Manage projects in the field and apprentice installers
- Work with our designers and engineers to optimize projects
Qualifications:
- 10 + years previous experience in HVAC or other related fields
- Experience with managing projects
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and HVAC design concepts.
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
