DiBiase Heating and Cooling Company of Downingtown, PA is hiring for a full-time HVAC Service Manager to join our team and help manage the service operations of the company and ensure the profitability of the department. In this role, you supervise our top-notch HVAC technicians and help promote and ensure the success of the department.
To keep our team performing at its best, you provide exceptional training opportunities and troubleshooting support while in the field. You are a leader worth following, and provide motivation for the team to help encourage them to achieve exceptional customer service and quality workmanship. Additionally, you impress upon the team the importance of customer care and you make a point to handle a variety of customer issues as needed.
Lastly, you maintain open lines of communication with other managers to address any warranty and/or installation needs. QUALIFICATIONSCompleted high school diploma or equivalentHVAC technician field experience of 5+ yearsAt least 3 years of experience and/or training in customer service or management in a service industry OR equivalent combination of education and experienceCurrent driver's license and a good driving recordProficient computer skillsAre you a self-motivated problem solver?
