A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (CSR)
As a Customer Service Representative, you are the voice of our company! You provide superb service to our clients and help keep our office running smoothly. Your positive, friendly disposition comes through in all your interactions by phone, email, or text--and is one of the reasons that our clients enjoy doing business with us.
Your primary responsibilities are to answer phones, schedule appointments, and resolve issues for customers. You are never bored, as there are always a variety of office tasks that you can help with. With pride, you keep the office clean and organized. You love that you get to interact with people every day and enjoy keeping busy with training on customer service skills and software!
CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (CSR) QUALIFICATIONS
- Positive personality
- Computer skills using MS Office Suite
- Typing speed of at least 50 WPM
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- 2 years related experience and/or training in client service, dispatching or equivalent combination of education and experience
Knowledge of the HVAC industry is a plus, but not required!Do you have excellent communication and interpersonal skills? Can you solve issues for all kinds of clients with professionalism and patience? Do you enjoy interacting with people on the phone and understand good phone etiquette? Are you organized and detail-oriented? Can you manage your time well and prioritize multiple tasks effectively? If so, then you might just be perfect for this CSR position!
