Being a RBT with Devereux has its Advantages

  • Specialized training opportunities (IE: PBIS, ABA, TIC, Safe & Positive Approaches, IEP, ABA, S&PA, CPR/first aid)
  • Growth and Development opportunities (Act 48 credits, CEU's, supervisory training)
Oversight from BCBA
  • Work collaboratively with a team, flexible hours available, can meet requirements to maintain certification
Provides one-to-one interventions to a child (ages 2-21) at home, school or in a community setting. Carries out specific interventions that are developed by the Behavioral Specialist Consultant (BSC) and/or Inter-agency Team. Transfers skills to child's natural support in the least restrictive environment.
Devereux Community Services currently has openings for Registered Behavior Technicians (part time or full time) in Chester County. This is an employed position under an incentive based model; you will receive a base salary and can earn additional compensation based on incentives associated with increasing your billable hours

Qualifications
Education : Requires a Registered Behavior Technician certification from the BACB
Experience : At least 1 year of work experience with children or adolescents preferred.
