Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our amazing team at Determined Martial Arts! You will be responsible for helping customers by answering phones, talking with customers, communicating with leads, meet & onboard new members.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phones
- Manage conversations with new leads through calls, texts, and emails
- Meet & go through the enrollment process with all incoming members
- CRM management: Record, make edits in our customer database
- Inventory
- Other minor administrative tasks
Qualifications:
- No martial arts experience required
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Great with children
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
