Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our amazing team at Determined Martial Arts! You will be responsible for helping customers by answering phones, talking with customers, communicating with leads, meet & onboard new members.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer phones
  • Manage conversations with new leads through calls, texts, and emails
  • Meet & go through the enrollment process with all incoming members
  • CRM management: Record, make edits in our customer database
  • Inventory
  • Other minor administrative tasks

Qualifications:

  • No martial arts experience required
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
  • Great with children
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
