This isn’t lip service, we live to guide clients through all aspects of a successful trip so they can sit back and soak up the sun and get the credit for a 5-star travel experience. 

 

What You’ll Do

Oversee and facilitate all the steps in the sales process of a program from a request for a proposal to a signed contract. This isn’t your run-of-the-mill sales job - each program is unique and requires you to flex your creative juices in order to craft the best solution to price and present the details to clients. You are the gas that keeps our sales engine running. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Team up with Global Managers/Sales Team Members to create detailed and profitable customer focused proposals. 

  • Understand the clients program goals and send corresponding Requests for Proposals (RFP’s) to vendor partners.

  • Negotiate with vendor partners to ensure profitability and win/win outcomes for all parties. 

  • Help to create mind-blowing and professional presentations that allow clients to view all options for their group travel. 

  • Document all of your hard work in our CRM.  

  • Build and nurture relationships with vendor partners while negotiating pricing and client options. 

  • Become the “go-to guide” regarding vendors and travel options. 

  • Manage all aspects of contract creation and negotiations.

  • You act in a professional manner and are comfortable working with executive-level clients. You will have had previous success working with outside vendors, clients, and company executives.

  • Excel or Google Sheets gets you excited. A good equation that solves a problem makes you happy. You know your way around and can demonstrate you belong working inside a spreadsheet.

  • You are comfortable asking questions to those you work with. You have examples of how asking questions, pushing back, and striving to understand people have led to career wins. 

  • You are relaxed realizing that the only constant in business is change. You embrace it. You create change. You will have been the catalyst for change in previous roles and will have examples of how you’ve made things better. 

  • You are never done learning and always seek to improve. They are curious about new possibilities and act to explore them. You have been able to implement things you’ve learned quickly into your work.

  • Problem solving is one of your best skills. You know how and where to dig to find answers. A problem doesn’t scare you but you scare it. 

  • You are not afraid to follow up with anyone. If you need something done you know how to make it happen with the help of others. 

  • You have a workspace at home that is free of distractions, has speedy internet, and allows you to be comfortable to do your best work.
