As a quality assurance agent, you will make calls to various companies as a mystery shopper to assess the performance of the customer service department or visiting a store to purchase, observe and/or supervise their services
You provide feedback via a detailed form that we present to our clients to allow them to make any necessary improvements. Your opinion matters!

You will set your own schedule, so you are able to work anytime that fits YOUR schedule but your task must the completed on the day an instructions is been given.
* Successfully complete a test call
* Visit store provided via assigned list
* Call all companies provided via assigned lists
* Evaluate the level of customer service provided by answering representatives
* Document detailed information of overall experience
* Complete review submission form prior to the required deadline
* Ensure that form is free of errors and misinformation
$50.00 per visited place (5 or less per day) or $100 per completed listRequirements* Must be able to adhere to a deadline
* Ability to work with minimal supervision
* Must be self-directed and self-motivated
* Strong listening skills
* Excellent written and good communication skills
