The current Executive Assistant for our CEO and Founder, Dr. David J. Ahearn (Dr. A) will be moving to an opportunity within our R&D team. We need someone new who can help us keep Dr. A on track with what's most important for the company - inventing new products and systems that will continue to improve the lives of dentists and the patients they serve. Dr. A needs someone remarkable to manage his schedule, travel, and commitments. While this is initially an administrative role, it is also something that allows for incredible growth within the company. Many of the most senior leaders in our company started in administrative roles where they had the opportunity to learn our business and culture while they looked for their next step.

We would be happy to arrange for any qualified candidate to meet with people within our organization who have grown with the company from administrative roles into positions of senior leadership. They would be happy to share their journeys with you and help you along the way.

Qualifications & Expectations:

  • Above all, we are looking for someone who has a great attitude and loves to learn
  • Must be extremely organized and have great follow-through
  • Great communication skills
  • Must be flexible about changing tasks frequently including running errands as needed
  • Reliable attendance on-site
  • 3+ years of Executive Assistant experience preferred, but not required
  • Solid skills with Mac operating system and devices which is what Dr. A uses exclusively
