JOB SUMMARY: D4C Dental Brands, Inc. provides exceptional support to a fast-growing, network of practices throughout the U.S. The Communications Center Manager will be lead, coach and develop Communication Center (CC) Specialist in response to patient/parent issues and complex inquiries.

They will also plan and implement scheduling center strategies and improve processes. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: EDUCATION/CREDENTIALS: College degree preferred Ability to work within a fast paced call center environment Flexibility in work schedule Exceptional interpersonal, customer service, problem-solving, verbal and written communication, and conflict resolution skills Strong coaching and leadership skills, ability to motivate employees Decisiveness and attention to detail Previous experience with computer software including Excel, MS Word, Power Point Previous experience and proven abilities to effectively and proactively manage change and implement process improvement(s) JOB-RELATED EXPERIENCE: 5+years of call center management experience Knowledge of dental terminology and dental office and scheduling procedures and guidelines preferred WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Office Environment
