Description
This position supports the Division Vice President and other leaders of Dent Wizard International in the North East division. This position will be located in Danvers MA, with opportunity to be partially remote in the future. The ideal candidate will possess strong critical thinking skills, problem solving, ability to grasp new concepts quickly, organization, multitasking and a great attention to details and accuracy.

This position supports the Division Vice President and other leaders of Dent Wizard International in the North East division. This position will be located in Danvers MA, with opportunity to be partially remote in the future. The ideal candidate will possess strong critical thinking skills, problem solving, ability to grasp new concepts quickly, organization, multitasking and a great attention to details and accuracy.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Strong emphasis on prioritizing and executing competing tasks in an effective and timely fashion.
- Create and edit complex presentations, spreadsheets, and reports using advanced features of PowerPoint and Excel.
- Manage a large amount of information inflow and ensure that it is appropriately prioritized processed, filed, and retained in accordance with instructions
- Handle and process various information and documents on behalf of senior management while maintaining confidentiality. Communicate such information strictly on a need-to-know basis and per instructions of senior managers.
- Respond to inquiries from employees, customers, vendors, and others on behalf of senior managers.
- Schedule appointments and meetings, and complete all preparations and arrangements for small and large group meetings.
- Make travel arrangements as requested.
- Support/fill in for other members of administrative staff when needed.
- Develop strategic avenues to manage and complete assignments according to the needs of the business.
- Conduct research, assemble, and analyze data to prepare reports and documents; update binders with monthly financials and organizational charts.
- Coordinates and tracks project-based work such as acquisitions, business growth initiatives, and sales/staffing pipelines.
- Serves as conduit with all Regional administrative staff to ensure consistency.
- Provide support for special projects on an "as needed" basis.
- Provide required support for Quarterly Meetings, Board Meetings, etc. as required.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience supporting senior level staff members.
- Advanced computer skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook are required.
- Strong proficiency using advanced features of PowerPoint in order to create sophisticated presentations for outside customers that include graphs, charts, etc.
- Outstanding organizational skills as well as the ability to multi-task, prioritize and the exceptional ability to communicate with executive level personnel.
- Strong project management and time management skills.
- Good writing and proofreading skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively and the ability to appropriately exercise proper judgment in solving problems and creating solutions.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information and to maintain confidentiality.
Skill in developing and maintaining excellent working relationships. Must thrive in a fast-paced environment. - Ability to work well under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and simultaneously manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work outside of normal business hours and/or travel on occasion to meet deadlines.
- Takes initiative and responsibility for meeting/exceeding performance and development objectives.
