Customer Care Representative

Dent Wizard International and subsidiary Know-How Systems Global (KHS) are looking for a Customer Care Representative to join their team! The Customer Care Representative is an entry level full-time position that supports both the OEM/Catastrophe and US Retail Divisions. This position is located in Sunset Hills, MO and reports directly to the Customer Care Manager.

These divisions work closely with insurance agencies and vehicle manufactures to provide estimates on damaged vehicles and offer repairs on said vehicles. The Customer Care Representative wil handle both inbound and outbound inquires to schedule either appraisal appointments or repair appointments at Dent Wizard or KHS body shop facilities. This position will also require working with team members in the office as well as supporting other locations remotely.

We are looking for someone who can work with others to deliver outstanding customer service and make meaningful contributions for continuous improvement. 

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Answer incoming customer inquiries from all lines of Customer Care Center business
  • Place outbound calls to insured on files received from business partners
  • Schedule claims, sales, and service appointments (via email, text, phone and claims systems)
  • Enter and update customer information in company databases
  • De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers
  • Work to improve systems and processes to make the Customer Care Center more effective and efficient
  • Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt support for internal and external customers
  • Assist other departments as needed 


  • Excellent communication skills via telephone, email and in person
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment prioritizing competing responsibilities according to urgency and importance
  • Computer literacy and experience using MS Office products
  • Attention to detail
  • Must be able to work flexible hours. Office hours are Monday through Friday 7 am to 7 pm, with various shifts throughout the day. During peak business season, weekends may be required.
  • Desire to work as part of a team and provide back-up when required for team members
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred
