What you’ll be doing...
You'll be responsible for answering inquiries via in-bound phone calls, chat and email. You'll be part of a team and you’ll grow to become a resource for colleagues with less experience. You’ll build customer relationships by providing excellent customer service and identifying customer needs. You will strive for first call resolution while handling customer issues with urgency, ownership and accountability.
You’ll need to have…
A High School Degree or equivalent and 2 or more years of relevant work experience.
Monday - Thursday 9 am to 6 pm plus Saturday 8 am to 5 pm (Fridays and Sundays off)
Monday - Thursday 7 am to 4 pm plus Saturday 8 am to 5 pm (Fridays and Sundays off)
