Delta Acquisitions is hiring and we are looking for entry-level, energetic, creative, and hard-working candidates to join our team! The Client Relations Specialist’s primary responsibility is to build relationships with our customers and clientele while executing the basic sales cycle with provided sales leads to increase customer acquisitions. Daily activities include engaging customers to educate them on different products and services as well as any promotions they are eligible for.

Client Relations Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Building relationships with clients, team members, and management

  • Assisting in implementing compelling and consistent business development campaigns

  • Assisting in customer acquisition and retention

  • Staying educated on new services and/or products

  • Remaining professional to provide outstanding customer service acquisition

Client Relations Specialist Qualifications:

  • Strong relationship-building skills

  • Ability to be flexible, resilient, and thrive in a dynamic, rapid-paced environment

  • Great work ethic and ambition

  • Strong verbal communication skills
