**Workyou ll do/Responsibilities**
Senior Solution Specialists work within the core engagement teamand play a critical delivery role to ensure overall project success.
Work with the project team on business requirement definition andtranslation into configuration requirements
Support business process owners and subject matter experts withscenario design, flow mapping, testing, training, knowledge transfer, andassist with the definition of on-going support procedures
Configure system inan implementation support role supportfor core functionality, business processes, security,and overall usability
Loadconverted data and ensure data-integrity within the system through reportingand data reconciliation tools
Our ERP SaaS team focuses on implementing cloud based ERPapplications such as Workday Financials, Infor, and Zoura. This unique mix oftechnologies differentiate themselves from on-premise / cloud applications suchas SAP and Oracle.
+ 3 years of relevant consulting or industry experience
+ Hands-on functional and technical experience with Workday Financials including Proficiency in more than one of the following business process areas:
+ Procure-to-Pay (PTP)
+ Revenue Accounting
+ Banking and Settlements
+ Business Assets
+ Financial Accounting
+ Grant Management
+ Gifts & Endowments
+ Data Conversions
+ Bachelor s Degree or equivalent professional experience
+ Adept at implementing technology-enabled business solutions for clients as part of a high-talent, cross-functional team
+ Strong oral and written communication skills
+ Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
+ Ability to collaborate with clients and make recommendations
+ Proven skills as a team member, team lead or project manager on a technical system implementation
+ Ability to work independently and self-manage
+ Willingness to mentor and be mentored
**Preferredcandidates will also have:**
+ An active Workday Financials Certification
+ A minimum of 1 full life cycle Workday Financial implementation
+ Higher Education and/or Health Care industry experience
+ Other leading Cloud based SaaS financial application implementation experience (ie: NetSuite, Fusion Intact, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle Cloud, SAP)
+ An advanced degree in the area of specialization
+ Strong functional knowledge around financial systems and processes
+ Strong presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)
**Must be willing to work/relocate to Gilbert, AZ.**
