**Marketing Excellence Campus Hire Rotational Program**
We re looking for enthusiastic interns who are eager to learn and grow within our Marketing Excellence team s SHINE Summer Internship Program. As an intern in the SHINE program, you ll be assigned to at least two different teams within marketing and communications and spend 10 weeks developing new skills, working with diverse groups of professionals, and gaining first-hand exposure to the tools, processes, and services we provide to clients. You ll get to know other interns who share similar goals, attend company-hosted events, meet staff members in other departments, and network with people in your field of interest. **Work you ll do**
As a SHINE summer intern, you ll participate in local and national trainings, networking events, and community activities to enhance your internship experience. You ll be assigned to a few teams within Marketing Excellence such as: Internal Communications, Account Management, Brand, etc.; once assigned to your teams, you ll provide support and help implement marketing programs and initiatives. During your internship, you ll also facilitate market targeting activities through orchestrating social media campaigns, supporting business expansion initiatives, developing promotional marketing materials and sales tools, supporting internal and external communications teams, and managing major promotional events such as trade shows, industry speaking events, sponsorships, and internal conferences related to key industry clients. You ll use your exceptional organizational skills to develop timelines and work with diverse groups of locally and virtually based professionals.

Candidate for a bachelor s degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or related field (sophomore or junior standing)
Strong academic track record (minimum 3.2 GPA)
Experience in marketing, communications, public relations or business development desired
Excellent written and oral communication skills, including proven experience with collaborative writing processes, a variety of corporate communication styles, and knowledge of the editorial process
Strong project and time management skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a team in a professional services or multi-departmental company
