The Senior Consultant of Digital Sales Strategy will lead planning and design for our digital transformation program engagement with Sales. Working closely with our Unified Salesforce Experience and DSA Globalization leads, this position will work to align these programs with our target sales personas to ensure our adoption and enablement efforts are fully aligned.
This role will also focus on the "big rock" decisions needed to ensure successful adoption of our digital transformation programs. This will include the development and alignment of unique sales roles to their digital requirements. A strategy that for example will define the digital objectives for ISR, AE, Specialty and other sales supporting roles. Aligning stakeholders on persona-based responsibilities in our selling motions will ultimately inform our enablement plans and maximize our efforts to ensure adoption that accelerates sales productivity.
This position will report directly to the Vice President of Digital Transformation as an individual contributor, and will be tasked with leading consulting engagements and working across our tech transformation programs to align and enable our strategy.
+ Communicates with and delivers executive level presentations on digital transformations to Sales
+ Develops strategic frameworks to resolve "big rocks" to ensure successful adoption and benefits for new digital solutions
+ Measures outcomes of digital tools adoption in alignment with sales productivity objectives
+ Established Pan-Dell Technologies strategy and engagement on sales tools
+ Engage and establish sales user groups for digital tools guidance and framework for prioritization
+ This is a strategic role, requiring related experience and knowledge of the Dell Technologies GTM model.
+ Experience with consulting, leading sales teams or launching cross-segment sales transformation programs will be critical.
+ Strong communication skills are essential. The ability to translate complex digital deliverables to value-add sales benefits is core to the role.
+ Strong partnerships with sales leaders and proven experience to influence at multiple levels is required.
