Our team manages projects or leads others managing projects - ensuring cross-functional teams work collaboratively and effectively. We oversee initial plans, set goals/budgets, track project activities and communicate milestones to key stakeholders.
The Chief Customer Office (CCO) organization is a global team focused solely on advocating for our customers. Our team is the catalyst for creating a consistent and positive customer experience across our family of businesses that will differentiate Dell and add value to the customer relationship through greater trust, loyalty, and engagement.
Within the CCO at Dell, we are looking for a Senior Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will partner with functional areas of the business to address the key engagement and operational needs required to support transformational opportunities across our Commercial and Enterprise businesses. You'll collaborate with a number of key leaders delivering valued customer experience programs.
+ Develop an understanding of Dell's strategic business objectives and business unit operations. Understand how new strategies and business models can fit within Dell's overall strategy
+ Support the full project lifecycle from ideation through launch. Work cross-functionally to gain buy-in, support, and assistance
+ Establish strong relationships cross-functionally, empowering teams to enable transformation and change management
+ Manage the process for development of executive updates and related presentations
+ Develop, design, and monitor strategic programs/projects
+ Adapt communication techniques for audiences at multiple internal and external levels
+ Respond to changing project circumstances and communicate issues to project leadership. Take a flexible, team player approach, be willing to "pitch in" whenever and wherever needed
+ Undergraduate degree and 8-10 years relevant experience or Graduate degree and 6-8 years relevant experience
+ Direct work experience leading large and complex global programs, change management, and strategic programs/portfolio of projects
+ Excellent verbal, written, and conversational skills
+ Critical thinking and problem solving skills
+ Proficient with Excel, Word, Access, and Power Point
+ Project management and facilitation skills
+ Experience at Dell in different customer touch points.
