+ Develops, designs, and monitors operational sales tools, tasks and programs Extensive coordination of communications and information dissemination with sales force and crossfunctional organizations Leads process improvement programs cross- functionally May play team lead role Develops and uses sales measurement models and diagnostic tools to help identify sales performance indicators, key areas of opportunity and sales force training needs. Analyzes and recommends strategic priorities, sales force performance metrics and sales effectiveness tracking methods in order to maintain and improve the company's competitive advantage in the market Utilizes cross functional operational support to maximize sales force productivity Evaluates and recommends changes in sales incentive plans in line with analyses **Essential Requirements**
+ Ability to analyze detailed information and draw accurate conclusions Advanced understanding of sales processes Strong project management skills In-depth understanding of business environment. Understands industry trends. Consultative skills Understanding of key sales and management reporting tools. Advanced computer skills
+ 2-3 years pre-MBA work experience focused in sales analytics, management consulting, investment banking, corporate finance, or corporate strategy
+ Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
+ Ability to communicate effectively and engage with senior executives
+ Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
+ Clear track of outstanding professional achievement
+ Significant leadership roles in an academic, professional, or extracurricular setting
+ Passion/Interest in the Tech industry preferred
