**What You Will Love About This Job**
As our Services Content Program Manager, you will be a key member of the eServices Content and Site Operations team and help shape, guide and manage the evolution of the Support Site. You will work closely with business, technology, offer and product leaders across all of Dell EMC, including partners and members of the leadership team.
Support implementation of cross-org governance model that defines the policies, communications, strategy, and cadences for effective delivery of support content.
Participate in the design of an end-to-end content lifecycle that simplifies the content production process and increase effectiveness of content operations.
Standardize and document the ways of working, create detailed RACI models for current and recommended future state content operations.
Create detailed process maps based on recommended best practices for content delivery.
Support development of a content strategy for support that includes a content playbook and standards, and apply these standards across the content and knowledge management systems
Ensure the content transformation impacts are disseminated through the organizations.
Create objective criteria for evaluating internal and external capabilities against future needs for content systems.
12 years of related experience in a professional role with a Bachelor's degree, or 8 years with a Master's; Experience to include:
Deep understanding of the Dell EMC customer journey
Experience in program / project management, including: Drive consensus among team members and business leaders with varying opinions and agendas; Inspirational and effective team leadership and facilitation, leading Strategic projects; Creating / building cross functional teams to complete complex projects; Lead teams in formulating metrics and goals and creating and executing actions ensuring obtainment; Demonstrated sound judgment within broadly defined practices and policies in selecting and methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for achieving results.
Excellent skills in relationship building and leading without authority/effective persuasion both horizontally and vertically.
Ability to identify potential process weaknesses and able to provide corrective guidance and improvement recommendations. Able to drive complex problem-solving strategies across functional organizations.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple programs / projects simultaneously; setting priorities and working independently under aggressive timelines.
Excellent communication skills verbally, in writing and in presentations with the ability to clearly articulate requirements, outcomes and risks.
Presentation skills with experience presenting to upper management and tailoring content to the audience.
