The Business Planning and Operations team is looking for an analyst to join our team in support of the Infrastructure Solutions Group Center of Competence (ISG COC). In this role you will assist COC Leaders by diagnosing performance of a ~16B Storage Business and delivering insights into strategic priorities including those captured in IOP (Integrated Operating Plan).
This position has direct exposure to Global and Regional COC, works across functions such as Product Line Managers (PLM), Field Marketing Managers (FMM) and Demand Planning, and offers an opportunity to partner with several BU and Sales organizations.
+ Deliver analyses to support planning, monitoring, and execution of COC priorities (including buyer base expansion, installed base refresh, and attach motions)
+ Prepare executive-level content with insights on overall business performance leveraging cross-functional inputs and data (financials, product, pipeline, programs, etc.)
+ Support targeted analytics insights needs from the COC team, with a focus on issues having global or high strategic impact
+ Help drive operational excellence through product transition or commodity analytics
+ Strong business planning, modeling or analytical background with understanding of Dell or EMC data systems
+ Drive for results, action orientation, and ability to learn on the fly and adapt quickly
+ Strong communication skills, especially at the executive level
+ Exceptional Excel and other data management skills (SQL, Power BI, Power Query)
+ Server or Storage experience preferred
+ requires 8+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 6+ years with a Master's degree (MBA preferred)
