We are a rapidly growing Recreational Cannabis delivery service located in Downtown Oakland. We are in need of an office manager to help keep the office running smoothly and efficiently. This is your opportunity to grow with our company, as we grow.

In this role, you will be:

  • Overseeing the day to day needs of the office and staff
  • Scheduling
  • Vendor management
  • HR Assistance

Qualifications:

  • Computer skills a must
  • Able to work independently
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to keep up in a fast pace environment
  • Quick learner, especially with new tech tools
  • Must be able to multi-task and navigate through multiple applications
  • Social media expert
  • Possesses strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, friendly and positive outlook.
  • Assist other departments, wherever necessary
  • Accountable and resilient
  • Maintaining office supplies
  • Answer phones when needed
  • Assist with recruiting process
  • Assist HR with employee issues, communications and documents
  • Excellent communication, organizational skills
  • Maintaining and organizing files

Hours are 20-30 hours per week.
