Senior Manager, Research Science (Remote)

We are seeking a Senior Manager of Research Science to support the development, review, and enablement of quantitative research solutions. The ideal candidate for this position will bring an expertise in advanced statistical methods in conjunction with market research applications to design and oversee development of advanced analytical software. You will also work with ourexisting Research Science team to consult on the best statistical models to apply to existing & new market research  solutions and QA statistical tests and other advanced analytics in the software development process. Cross-functional support may be requiredto  conduct internal training, support content development, and consult on execution of projects using advanced analytical software.

Where You'll Make An Impact:


  • Develop a strong knowledge of Companys quantitative capabilities and offerings, as well as client need in this space
  • Work with the Research Science team to uncover new applications for advanced analytics within the product roadmap
  •  Lead the development of advanced analytics software solutions from initial requirements and output design, to management of the software development team, to QA and release of the solution
  • Consult on the development of new research methods for Company to ensure the inclusion of the optimal statistical modeling for the need at hand
  • QA applied statistical tests and models during the software development process   
  • Aid in the creation and review of peer-reviewed/academic publications, client-facing enablement materials, featureannouncements, or other training documents/videos for Company products
  • Support customer-facing teams in delivery of released analytics products

You'll Be Successful If You Have:


  • MS degree or higher in Statistics, Mathematics, Market Research, Economics, Econometrics, or a related field
  • 2+ years experience in marketing analytics, with proficiency in both basic and advanced statistical models
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a track record of leveraging analytical models to influence business decisions
  • Ability to communicate complex analytics approaches to technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience with primary quantitative market research required
  • Experience with R required; familiarity with Shiny framework preferred
  • Exposure to machine learning modeling required
  • Team player who thrives on collaboration
  • Entrepreneurial self-starter, eager to contribute from day one
