Job Title: Portfolio Management Project Manager
Location: Vienna, VA. Remote Work Permitted

Responsibilities:
- The DHMSM Portfolio Management and PMO Support candidate will be responsible for assisting with the care and feeding of all projects that fall under the umbrella of the program.
- This will involve ensuring status updates are on time, interfacing with contract staff, Leidos employees, and the client as a normal course of business.
- Must be highly organized and have a keen awareness of process improvements that can be built to further the success of the program goals and objectives.
- Duties may include ensuring that all programs run within scope, time, and budget constraints.
- At times, this role may be assigned to manage a specific aspect of a project or fill in a gap as needed within a specific project. Works independently to achieve day-to-day objectives with significant impact on operational results or project deliverables.
- This role will be responsible for coaching and reviewing the work of project managers and managing process compliance expectations over the course of the project lifecycle.
Required Experience:
- BA degree and 4 8 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 2 6 years of prior relevant experience
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance. Contract Requirement.
- Deep knowledge of project management
- Experience operating multiple projects across an entity
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, including the proven ability to work across different audiences, personalities and experience levels.
- Ability to analyze data and information and make recommendations to program management.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Microsoft SharePoint
Required Skills:
- Must be able to identify and address issues that are unclear and may require the candidate to uncover a broader set of issues.
- This candidate must be able to produce creative solutions to complex problems that affect the performance of the program, including analysis and the gaining of domain knowledge.
- Communicates with internal and client project team members. Must be able to effectively communicate across multiple technology and methods (written, presentation, verbal).
