Delivery Driver and Operations Team Member

Our busy and growing winery is currently looking for a team member to fill the position of Delivery Driver as well as Operations Team Member (light maintenance, wine bottling, and lawn care). The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery of goods to predetermined customers on specific routes, reviewing orders prior to delivery, loading and unloading trucks, and providing exceptional service to our customer base. We will provide training to the right person who can demonstrate motivation and a willingness to learn. Delivery Driver Responsibilities:

• Loading, transporting, and delivering items to customers and businesses in a timely manner.
• Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, charges are correct, and the customer is satisfied.
• Assisting with loading and unloading items from vehicles.
• Adhering to assigned routes and following delivery schedules.
• Abiding by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record.
• Preparing reports and other documents related to deliveries.
• Operating other equipment and machines, such as cars, trucks, pallet jacks, etc.

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Clean driving record
• Experience preferred but willing to train
• Willingness to adhere to assigned routes, schedules, safety procedures, and transportation laws
• Strong time management and customer service skills
• Ability to walk, drive, and lift and carry heavy items for extended periods
• Attention to detail

• Help bottle wine 1 to 3 times per week
• Help keep the warehouse organized and clean
• Basic lawn care that includes: mowing, trimming, weeding, stick/leaf removal, etc
• Basic general maintenance of buildings as needed, this includes; painting, assembly, tightening bolts, etc.
• Shovel snow from sidewalks and apply anti-skid as needed during the winter months
• Complete other similar tasks as needed by the company.
