The Marketing Manager will develop and manage marketing programs to support business objectives, foster customer retention, execute business development, provide sales support, and advance brand building.
Responsibilities for Marketing Manager
Build marketing programs to support specific marketing objectives across different channels and segments in support of our overall strategic marketing plan
- Using Website, SEO, SEM, social media & digital market
Market through various channels and segment databases working with large data sets
- Using proprietary lead programs such as EDA etc
Manage marketing projects to generate consumer brand awareness in support of improved marketing strategy and communications and sales support
Maintain NPS (Net Promotor Score) survey program – create, distribute and monitor the NPS program with custom software and communicate results with leadership & factory reps
Create internal marketing programs for employees
Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, driving collaboration with all departments and communicating with leadership
Create, order and distribute marketing propaganda to support internal and external initiatives
Responsible for maintaining the website with current information and equipment
- Work with the webhost provider to develop every changing marketing strategies customized for each branch and market
Qualifications for Marketing Manager
Experience building complex marketing programs and reporting on the results
Exposure to digital and direct response marketing
Competence as a creative writer with an eye for great emails and landing pages
Strong project management skills
Strong problem-solving ability, including metrics-driven thinking
Ability to travel as necessary
We’re looking for someone with 4+ years of experience in marketing, has a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business or similar and/or equivalent experience, and is familiar with the following software/tools:
Adobe C6 Suite
