· Print orders.
· Sort and stamp orders.
· Distribute orders to appropriate customer service representatives.
· Redistribute work as needed to promote smooth work flow.
· File order paperwork for all teams.
· Retrieve order paperwork.
· Rotate file storage for archival.
· Maintain the accuracy of error tracking database.
· Print reports.
· Update reporting boards.
· 5S audits.
· Other administrative duties as required by Customer Service Area Managers and Supervisors.
· Backup mail processing as necessary.
· Backup reception staff during lunch and breaks.
