COMPANY DRIVER POSITIONS:
Come run with Decker and enjoy competitive pay, excellent benefits and a working environment that emphasizes respect, family values and quality time at home. We offer a variety of geographic territories for both reefer and flatbed truck drivers. Plus, you’ll enjoy some of the best equipment on the road.
Midwest to Canada, Southeast and South Central United States, with an average length of haul of 600 miles. You’ll be home every 10-14 days, with some drivers getting home weekly, depending on their home location.
The majority of our flatbed loads are steel, wallboard, lumber and other building materials. These loads are hauled with a primary focus in the Central United States but do cover the Continental 48 at times. With an average length of a haul of 400 miles, home time is expected to be every 10-14 days. Flatbed drivers will be dispatched from either Fort Dodge, IA or Bessemer, AL depending on where they live.
Our Western Division is our only true OTR division, running 48 states. More than 70% of the runs are west of Ohio. Flexible, reliable home time.
FORT DODGE SHORT-HAUL
The majority of our loads are wallboard and hauled within a 350-mile radius. We do have backhauls from time to time in which drivers are compensated for. Drivers are home daily and every weekend.
Our teams not only assist with delivering tight loads in a timely manner, but most are in a mix of dedicated freight with consistent and steady miles.
