As an Account Engagement Specialist at Decisions Resource Group, you will promote client satisfaction through achievement of maximum value and adoption of our solutions. You will network both internally and externally to drive initiatives, strategies, issue resolution, and alignment between client expectations and our solutions. You will create, monitor and provide on-going, objective communication to appropriate stakeholders, report risk areas and partner with leadership on strategies to address concerns.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Manage existing strategic account relationships to grow overall revenue by optimizing the client experience and selling new solutions.
+ Ability to work with cross-functional / large key account teams including, Program Managers, Content Experts, Instructional Designers, developers, etc. to ensure successful delivery of all solutions and include Director, Operations and others when necessary to help manage and close revenue
+ Optimize the customer journey and experience with Decision Resources.
+ Accurately maintain client data via our CRM tool.
+ Generate proposals, plan customer meetings, and demonstrate solution functionality on assigned products.
+ Develop and maintain a high level of product knowledge on Decision Resources suite of products
+ Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Health Care, Business or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
+ At least 3 years of experience in project or account management, corporate IT, professional services, consulting, product development.
+ Excellent organizational, analytical and influencing skills.
+ Experience in consultancy and/or business development, crafting and delivering strategic plans in collaboration with various stakeholders.
+ Excellent project management, interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to work and deliver against strategic goals
+ Exceptional written and verbal communication
+ Demonstrate strong leadership, interpersonal skills, as well as a willingness to collaborate with cross-functional teams
