Job DescriptionCompany Description
We are seeking a Property Manager/Consultant to become a part of our team! You will help plan and facilitate all real estate activities and transactions.
Responsibilities:
- Obtain building permit for a shed
- Obtain necessary bids for enclosing a room
- Obtain bids and oversee carpet replacement
- Obtain bids and oversee installation of equipment purchase
- Complete gas heavy up
- Complete backup generator installation
- Other tasks a directed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in property management or other related fields
- Familiarity with real estate upgrade related work
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A mission of assisting with gentle guidance bereaved families in the very first hours and days of grief. We are looking for willing individual with a heart of service who will compliment this work ethic.
