CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE required for prestigious new home builder in the GTA to assist with all Tarion Warranty documentation and follow up to PDI Inspections, work closely with the trades, contractors, suppliers and purchasers with respect to any deficiencies and scheduling as required.
Must be computer literate and able to track and process all work orders and any outstanding issues. Candidates must have three or more years of " hands-on" new home build customer service experience, exceptional communication skills, proficiency in documentation and reporting.
