Our downtown client is the largest automotive re-marketing service working with both Canadian and US wholesale car dealerships. These dealerships purchase high volumes of cars weekly to sell on their lots, and use a simulated auction site every day to purchase them. Your role will be to ensure each new participating dealership is properly registered, with all required documentation and all customer information is kept up to date. You will also ensure that dealership principals have full end-user support to make the buying function very easy.
* Front line incoming call centre experience, working in both French and English verbal and written fluency.
*Excellent communication skills with 1-2 years experience in an client support role
*Proficiency with Word and Excel, and have the computer tech savvy to be able to troubleshoot while on the phone, and 40 wpm typing
*Create User accounts and grant appropriate permissions following established guidelines set out by management, and update dealership and user information
*On- board new dealerships brought in through sales people and obtain all relevant information on each new Dealership across North America
