Our downtown client is a National organization who connects large consignors of off-lease and pre-owned vehicles to the expansive Auto Dealership network. You will be the first point of contact for buyers and sellers of fleets of cars, and you will aim to deliver outstanding service by speaking to and documenting their service needs.
Daily duties include:
Update dealership information, build and maintain relationships with internal contacts, identify customer needs by probing initial requests and then determine the best department to handle the call. You will be required to log/summarize phone calls, type 40 wpm while speaking to the customers, and conduct research to investigate how the situation may be resolved. Full training provided. 8-4 pm.
Front line, first contact, inbound call centre experience required with minimum 2 years client service experience. Clear criminal background check required.
Excellent telephone manners required, MS Office, and have a positive work attitude, and exercise good judgement.
