Dean Group is searching for an Executive Assistant for our reputable client in Waterloo, ON.
This is a 2-month contract opportunity with the possibility of permanent hire for the right candidate. Pay is ranging between $20-23/hour, depending on experience. Core hours of 10 AM - 3 PM so there is some flexibility with operational hours.
The ideal candidate has 2-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant and knows how to keep a busy, personable President organized! You'll be managing a packed calendar, skillfully making travel arrangements, and taking detailed meeting minutes.
To be successful in the role you need to:
- Know MS Office inside and out (advanced level)
- Have quick fingers (type at least 60 WPM)
- Have a flexible schedule (may be asked to stay until 6 PM occasionally)
- Have demonstrated experience as an EA for at least 2-5 years
