Our digital marketing startup is in the process of adding additional Account Managers to our team. We manage online advertising campaigns, budgets and processes for auto dealerships.
With cutting edge technology and top-tier products, you will drive significant growth for our clients. Candidates must possess the ability to manage accounts and relationships, be well-organized with the ability to multi-task and communicate effectively.
Our startup is expanding rapidly nationwide and are looking for sharp, upbeat, detail-oriented team players. This is more than just an account management position; you will play an integral role in recommending and implementing strategies for driving results for our clients.
Responsibilities and Required Skills:
-Ability to address clients' urgent needs and manage deadlines to achieve client results.
-Utilize research and inventory reporting tools.
-Team player with the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
-Strong data, Excel and PowerPoint skills.
-Ability to establish rapport with car dealership owners, general managers and their staff.
-A positive attitude and professional demeanor is essential along with the flexibility to work in a rapidly changing environment.
-Demonstrate ownership and accountability.
-Strong troubleshooting skills, with creative ability to overcome challenges and achieve resolution.
-Passion and desire to play a key role in continually driving our business to success in the auto industry.
-An understanding of the online market with exposure to search advertising, auto websites, inventory management and implementation is a plus.
-Knowledge of how to effectively use various forms of digital advertising to drive traffic and maximize a client's budget and Return-On Investment is preferred.
-Experience working with or in a car dealership is not required, but highly desirable.
-Experience managing a team is desirable.
-Account management experience is a plus.
Position is located in our Silicon Valley headquarters (San Jose, CA). Candidates must be eligible for employment in the US (we are currently not sponsoring visas).
Base salary + uncapped commission/bonuses. Benefits include health insurance, matching 401k, PTO and company stock plan.
