Dealer Specialties then takes all the data you collect on the dealers’ lots and feed it out to all the popular websites, like Cars.com, AutoTrader.com,
CraigsList, and many more. We are seeking people who love working around cars and the dealership environment. Your route would consist of existing dealership customers within your local market. This is not a hunter sales position. We want people who will show up and provide exceptional customer service and attention to detail.

Your Opportunity If you enjoy building customer relationships and working outdoors 85% of the time in all seasons, this role might be for you. As an Field Account Rep you will leverage your communication skills with customer management and develop lasting professional working relationships with our many customers, automotive dealerships . Our Field Account Reps enter vehicle information on the vehicles, options and equipment, into a company-supplied laptop, take high quality digital photographs, print marketing materials, and then move to the next vehicle to repeat the process.

Contribute Your Knowledge and Skills as a highly motivated self-starter and problem solver, you will manage and serve an established route where you routinely get the job done in a timely and efficient manner with an eye on every detail. Other strengths and business competencies you will contribute include:

  • Action oriented, customer focus, interpersonal savvy, comfort around management, integrity and trust, priority setting, problem solving, time management, listening, and organizing

  • Other strengths include customer service skills, detail oriented/precise, eye for automotive photography, enjoy working outdoors, and work independently on your own, motivating yourself to get the job done in an excellent manner at all times

  • Solid base of general automotive knowledge

  • Strong computer and digital camera skills

  • Route Sales or Field Service experience preferred but will train the right candidate
