Daytop Village of New Jersey, Inc. at Crawford House is seeking a full-time Program Director for the Women’s Halfway House located in Skillman, NJ. Desired candidate will have a minimum Master’s Degree with LCADC; and a CCS; LPC or LCSW and LCADC preferred; minimum of five years’ management experience (halfway house/residential experience required). Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
The Program Director is responsible for all internal operations and activities as they relate to service delivery and environment of care; will lead and manage all functions of Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement for the facilities; will refine, expand and improve program services, policies and procedures through ongoing analysis, evaluation and familiarity with current trends via ongoing supervision and training is responsible for the management, supervision, and development of all personnel; in collaboration with the CFO, reviews and approves respective facility budgets; is responsible for training all facility staff in the identification of critical incidents, reporting, and identifying corrective action to reduce repeat incidents and increase overall safety of all; is dynamic and adaptable to meet the needs of all internal and external stakeholders while maintaining the integrity of the program; reports directly to the President/CFO.
