Job DescriptionCompany Description
We are seeking a Corporate M&A Attorney to become a part of our team! You will represent clients in various mergers and acquisitions, including some international work, in addition to providing general corporate advice and business related legal services.
Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in M&A transactions from sell and buy side
- Prepare and draft contracts on behalf of clients
- Advise clients on business and legal transactions
- Perform due diligence for business transactions
- Assist with financing and debt transactions
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in corporate law, M&A preferred
- Familiarity with various contracts
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Member of the bar in good standing
