In search of a multi-tasker with great communication skills to join Davis Realty, a downtown real estate office in Sitka, Alaska. Successful candidate will provide support to the public and the Broker in a positive and professional manner. Applicants must be comfortable with computers, answering phones, routing calls and taking messages accurately.
- Greeting clients and the public with professionalism on the phone and in person
- General office tasks including filing, monitoring office supplies, opening and/or closing office, light cleaning
- Managing transaction files and scheduling appointments
- Data Entry and Client Management via online software programs
- Managing marketing materials such as printed flyers and newsletters
- Strong computer skills
- Solid written and verbal communications skills via phone, e-mail, and mail
- Ability to prioritize tasks
- Proactive mindset and willingness to learn
- Prior administrative, marketing or advertising experience is a plus
Office hours are 10am-4pm. Some flexibility for work schedule during work week, pay DOE.
