Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
- Install Residential Heating and Cooling equipment and perform start up.
- Follow in home installation and testing process set forth by our Company.
- Complete installations in a timely manner with little supervision.
- Demonstrate leadership skills by utilizing and training a helper to complete installations with you.
- Demonstrate proficiency installing oil and gas boilers & furnaces, Heat Pumps, Ductless mini-splits and water heaters.
- Collect payments upon completion and explain the new system operation to the customer.
- Maintain a clean Company truck, its inventory and tools, no cost to you.
- Properly complete all digital time slips, work orders and Purchase Orders.
- Navigate the Company Vehicle to address using the least amount of fuel and time possible.
- Demonstrate genuine concern for customer satisfaction on all installations.
- Demonstrate safe working habits.
- Own necessary hand tools and a smart phone with data plan.
- Experience in residential HVAC installations.
- Clean driving record.
- Dependable personal vehicle to get to and from work until a Company truck is issued.
- Must be well groomed with a respectable demeanor and a positive outlook.
- Ability to follow directions with attention to details.
- Good communication skills.
- Willingness to work overtime with little to no notice.
