Hardware Support will be responsible for adhering to a complex roll out schedule while meeting or exceeding requested delivery dates. Candidates must be well organized, ability to multitask, have knowledge supporting computer hardware, and adapt to change. Candidate will be a part of a project team that is driven to succeed.
Contract with extensions
Monday- Friday: 8am-5pm
- Provides day-to-day hands on roll out deployments of IT Point of Sale technology to stores while adhering to strict in store dates.
- Must be adaptive to change while working in a fast pace environment
Responsible for the following but not limited to:
- 100% accuracy in staging and deployments to specific stores
- Tracking and maintaining project inventory specific to brands
- Communicating and Reporting daily accomplishments to project lead
- Keep assigned work areas clean and organized daily
- Physically receiving in and prepping IT technology
- Recognizing and calling out risk to reduce impact to project deliverables
