Technical Project Manager

LOCATION: REMOTE

SUMMARY:

Create & manage schedules, project plans, and deliverables for Intelisent’s Data Engineering & Development teams. Drive process improvement, quality control, and strong process documentation.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

1. Create client and internal schedules for Intelisent data engineering & development teams.
2. Identify and implement tools and a strong process for resource scheduling & tracking.
3. Clarify and validate technical requirements, ensuring the understanding of client expectations, as well as ensuring project processing instructions are complete and accurate. 
4. Monitor data processing production schedules of assigned projects. 
5. Develop and maintain test plans for data engineering and technical projects. This includes executing SQL Database Test Scripts and making modifications and developing new test SQL scripts.
6. Lead QC execution and coordinate/manage additional testing resources as needed. 
7. Serve as liaison between the development teams, clients, and other project stakeholders.
8. Coordinate and send deliverables to clients.
9. Drive process improvement.
10. Develop prototypes & mockups for new project ideas and concepts.
11. Assist in time & resource tracking and project budgeting.
12. Keep manager/supervisor informed of activities and situations that will impact the achievement of project or company goals.
13. Maintain confidentiality of company-sensitive data.

EDUCATION:

Bachelor’s degree plus 5 or more years of technical project management experience.

• Proficiency to create & run SQL scripts
• Experience managing task tracking & project management software
• Ability to create ad-hoc reports from raw data using excel and/or reporting tools

• Previous experience in the following a plus:
