SAP Convergent Mediation Consultant

Data-Core Systems a consulting, services, and digital transformation solution provider helping businesses reshape their future with cutting-edge technologies and services, has an immediate opening for an SAP Convergent Mediation Consultant in our Consulting Division. 

Our client is roadway systems and as a part of their digital transformation, they are implementing a new billing system. They are implementing SAP BRIM and DigitalRoute’s Convergent Mediation Platform. DigitalRoute’s platform complements SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management (SAP BRIM), a next-generation, order-to-cash, revenue management solution for consumption-based services. Your role involves providing expertise and guidance in the implementation and optimization of SAP Convergent Mediation solutions for our client. You will help our client optimize data monetization and positively impact their bottom line by converting usage and transactional data into revenue and supporting new and existing business models.  

Responsibilities & Duties:  

• You will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into a comprehensive SAP Convergent Mediation solution design. This involves analyzing the client's existing systems, processes, and data flows to identify areas for improvement and integration with SAP Convergent Mediation.   
• Once the solution design is finalized, you will be responsible for configuring and implementing SAP Convergent Mediation based on the client's requirements. This includes setting up mediation processes, defining mediation rules, configuring data transformation and enrichment, and integrating with other systems within the client's landscape.   
• In some cases, customization and development may be required to address specific client needs or to enhance the functionality of SAP Convergent Mediation. As a consultant, you may be involved in designing and developing custom components or extensions using SAP Convergent Mediation's development tools and programming languages.   
• As part of your role, you may provide training sessions to the client's end-users, administrators, and support teams to ensure they understand how to operate and maintain the SAP Convergent Mediation solution. Additionally, you may be responsible for documenting the implemented solution, including configuration details, processes, and troubleshooting guides. 
  
   

Required Education and Experience:   

• Must have 5 years of SAP Convergent Mediation experience. 
• Have a strong understanding of SAP BRIM and DigitalRoute’s Convergent Mediation Platform. 
• Have a strong understanding of the integration of SAP Convergent Mediation with other SAP modules or external systems.  
• Understanding of how to build a solution to track and orchestrate data that will be used for billing and by other business systems.  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.  
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.  
• A degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field is typically required, along with several years of experience in data migration or a related field.
