Regional Service Manager

Data Business Equipment, a 2nd generation family owned company that specializes in the financial equipment space is looking to add a regional service manager to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis and supervise our team of field service technicians that reside in the Cedar Rapids, IA area and a 2 hour radius of Cedar Rapids. Our regional service managers are a vital component of assisting with client needs and helping our field service technicians to develop the hard and soft skills needed for them to excel in their daily work.

Job duties for this regional service manager (RSM) role include:

1. The RSM coaches our technicians to develop both hard and soft skills that are equip them to properly manage their daily work.
2. The RSM sets individual and team expectations and goals to foster accountability and holds all accountable to the shared vision.
3. The RSM will be organized to ensure the resources needed are ready when needed.
4. The RSM will drive adherence to our processes and procedures to ensure consistency in our service delivery.
5. The RSM is committed to providing a best-in-class service experience on every service call in their region.

Qualifications for this Regional Service Manager role includes:

• Previous experience in a customer-facing regional service manager capacity is a must-have
• Minimum one-year experience with electromechanical equipment servicing (ATM or banking equipment strongly preferred)
• Thorough knowledge of basic electronics
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Good PC/computer skills
• Clean driving record
