CMT Supervisor 1st shift

Darlington Assisted Living located in Pawtucket is currently seeking qualified CMT, compassionate candidates to join our team for the following position:

7-3 Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

-Administration of medication to Resident's as ordered by physician

-Assisting Residents with ADL'S according to Residents needs

-Communicate any significant change of mental or physical status of a residents to the Director of Wellness

-Respect Residents Rights and maintain resident confidentiality and dignity

Oversee and manage staff members’:

In Completion of job responsibilities appropriately and thoroughly including
 Resident care
 Cleaning/laundry duties
 Medication administration (ensure med sheet documentation is correct and signed appropriately)

Approach Residents with patients and compassion

Do respect each other, the Residents, visitors and you
Have positive team cooperation

Enforce company policy through verbal warnings when appropriate in compliance with company policy and with the help of the Director and HR when further action is needed

Delegate corresponding duties appropriately

Document and organize medication orders upon delivery
Ensure that stats on the following are recorded, documented and updated per physician’s orders
a. Weight, (if necessary)
b. Blood pressure (according to prescribed schedule)
c. Blood sugar (as prescribed)
Alert RN to any changes in Residents’ mental or physical health as seen fit

Education License Requirements :

RI Certified Nursing Assistant license

RI Certified Medication Aide license
