Customer Service Representative (Remote)
We are looking for hardworking individuals who can establish company guides on servicing and repairs and maintain logs, records, and files on repairs. You must be able to solve initially unclear problems and issues, which may require some analysis to understand and resolve & use discretion within to solve problems within our clients normal operating procedures effectively. This is a full-time remote position open to all who can work independently while maintaining a positive work output.
MUST BE OPEN TO WORK ALL SHIFTS
Shifts; 7am-3pm EST, 3pm - 11pm EST 11pm - 7am EST
Answer customer email / phone requests, place parts orders, create quotes for service, update orders, assign work to field techs
