As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for people who inquire online about the purchase of their next vehicle. You will provide insight to ensure a seamless buying experience they may have and set up appointments with potential buyers to start their road to their next vehicle purchase. Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls, answer incoming calls and scheduling appointments daily.
- Execute an inbound and outbound phone script to build rapport and set sales appointments.
- Input/maintain information captured during phone calls into a CRM (customer relationship management) software.
- Contact customers based on current marketing initiatives.
- Keeping track of your daily calls, emails and appointments.
- Obtaining minimum call metrics and other KPIs ( Key Performance Indicators ).
- Handle and provide rebuttals to customer objections.
- Organize workflow to meet department time-frames.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
- Quantify daily tasks into comprehensive recaps.
- Prior sales experience a plus
- Call Center experience a plus
- Car dealership experience a plus, but not required
- Position requires flexibility, including the ability to work nights, weekends and holidays.
